What do you feel about people you love when they are far away from you? You cannot meet them in person and being with them actually to show how you care. Maybe you can still talking to them by phone, for a while, if they are reachable, but you cannot see them nor give them your lovely smile, you cannot touch them nor give them your big hug.
All you can do is just keep thinking about them, bringing them into your pray, wishing them all the best wishes and waiting for the time you will be together.
It’s just like this lovely song “Somewhere out there” sung by James Ingram & Linda Rondstat (but I love it better when it sung by two little children as a theme song in the cartoon movie “An American Tail” – 1987)

Aku pernah jadikan judul posting aku menjelang ulang tahun Kai yang pertama di sini.
Kalau ngga salah lagu ini pernah dinyanyikan 2 tikus di cerita “Babe”, babi yang menjadi penggembala. Lupa-lupa ingat.

Imel… aku kok jadi kebayang Kai yang nyanyi lagu itu… hihihi… pasti lucu ya? Eh, masa sih tikus2 itu nyanyi di “Babe”? bukannya di American Tail? hehehe
Ah, delapan tahun aku berada di posisi berjauhan dengan mantan pacar yang sekarang sudah jadi istri.
Dan, lagu ini memang sangat mewakili waktu itu.
Jadi rindu masa perjuangan itu

Saya juga barusan balik dari pulkam nih Mas… lumayan terobati kangennya…
Terbayang saat masih LDR (Long Distance Raltionship)….betapa berdebarnya setiap melihat suratnya datang…dan surat itu berada dalam tempat yang mudah dilihat, di lantai satu asrama putri. Langsung deh, naik ke kamar, dan mulai membuka pelan-pelan…dan membacanya sambil tidur. Mengapa mesti tiduran? Soalnya jika ada teman masuk kamar tanpa mengetok pintu, kita bisa langsung pura-pura tidur..lha surat bisa menimbulkan perasaan mengharu biru, …sedih…kangen…sebel…juga geli….
Dan malam itu pasti surat si Dia berada di bawah bantal….hiks:P
Uhuuy… Ibu jadi bernostalgia…
Duhh…saya nulis salah melulu..maksudnya Relationship…maklum kecepatan jari tak seimbang dengan kecepatan pikiran…
